The 2024 Mid-Continental Association of Food & Drug Officials Annual Educational Conference will be held March 5-6, 2024 at the Scott Conference Center, Omaha, Nebraska. Day one conference activities will start at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, March 5, 2024. Day two conference activity hours are Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 8:00 am to 5:15 pm.
The Heartland Food Safety Roundtable will be hosted on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:15 am. This meeting is open to any regulatory or industry partner who wishes to attend and registration for the roundtable meeting is not required.
The Scott Conference Center is an events center only and there is not lodging available at the Scott Conference Center. Lodging is available within walking distance from the Scott Conference Center for conference participants at either the Courtyard Omaha Aksarben Village or Residence Inn Omaha Aksarben Village at a group rate of $110.00 per night, plus tax (18.16%) The estimated rate per night is $133.53. The Residence Inn does offer a complimentary breakfast; however, the Courtyard does not. Hotel reservations must be made on, or before, Monday, February 5, 2024 to secure the group rate. REGISTRATION PAYMENT - Once the online registration form has been completed, you will be emailed an invoice and will given the option to pay the invoice immediately or at a later date. Payment can be made with a debit card or credit card through this site.

** 2024 Membership Fees - 2024 Membership fees are waived in conjunction with your paid conference registration. Once conference registration fees have been paid, your complimentary annual membership has to be manually activated by the Secretary/Treasurer.
