The 2022 Mid-Continental Association of Food & Drug Officials Annual Educational Conference will be held February 22-23, 2022. Day one conference activities will start at 12:30 pm on Tuesday, February 23, 2022. Day two conference hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
The Heartland Food Safety Roundtable will be hosted on Tuesday, February 22, 2022 from 9:00 - 11:30 am. No registration for the roundtable is required.
